A considerable element
of mastering flow is the work you do within
yourself. That includes the internal studies,
mind centering, meditation, balance, and most
importantly, researching the geometry of movement
until you identify structures and components which
best accomodate your evolving flow. To get you
started, we demonstrate several series of concepts to
help your mind shift out of the ordinary, and into the
profound.
These clips are for
entertainment and general informational purposes
only. Actual self defense should be practiced in
a controlled environment emphasizing safety, and only
under the direct supervision of a Black Belt
instructor, and only after you have been cleared by
your personal physician.
