Technical Framework of Flow

A considerable element of mastering flow is the work you do within yourself.  That includes the internal studies, mind centering, meditation, balance, and most importantly, researching the geometry of movement until you identify structures and components which best accomodate your evolving flow.  To get you started, we demonstrate several series of concepts to help your mind shift out of the ordinary, and into the profound.
